Mornin'!
not much on the agenda today other than Mah Jongg and exercise. I'll probably finish setting up the new laptop I got for one of my organizations - and maybe start tackling a house project. And exercise...(there's a zoom Zumba class at 5:00 - I'll probably do that one)
Jen - let me know how that Korean chicken dish turns out. I have that cookbook, too. I'm making another recipe from the book tonight - it's a butter soy chicken recipe, but I'll cut way down on the amount of butter in that thing. That or just eat a tiny bit of it! I happened to have all the ingredients on hand, so decided to go with that one.
QOTD: another organization I'm in - the adult education one - has a Zoom lecture tomorrow on the future of the GOP, led by a retired poli sci professor, so I'm looking forward to that. And of course the inauguration. Other than that, not much going on this week. University classes start next week (I've requested permission to enroll in three), so things should really pick up again.
TSS: 5y7m
B: cheesecake-flavored yogurt pie with blueberry sauce, coffee with half & half
MS: pumpkin Fit Frappe
L: one of the fish tacos left over from last night (my order came with three - I just ate one last night (yay!), but I scarfed up the tortilla chips that came with it (not yay..))
AS: protein muffin, maybe a L&F (picked up a half dozen of the creme brulee flavor yesterday - so glad it's back!!)
D: butter soy chicken
ex: probably Zumba
have a great day, everyone!
