Food Sensitivities ~ Eggs
on 1/14/21 5:22 pm - Amarillo, TX
So I just got my food sensitivities test results back.
my highest reactivities were to egg whites, egg yolks and cashews. Egg whites were 115 and high reactivity is 116.
I showed mild reactivity to numerous things. Cows milk, beef, gluten/wheat, mozzarella, yogurt and so on. Granted I hadn't had a lot of those in my system so I think they showed lower.
I'm so bummed about eggs but I had a sneaking suspicion about it. Information is power I believe.
is there a good egg replacer any of y'all have used?

If you are talking about eating eggs like scrambled- there is a vegan product called Just Egg. Have seen it in the store. I haven't tried but have heard good things.
For baking flax eggs work really well.
