My town has good prices, but other than a few condo parks like mine isn't terribly attractive. IMHO Then again, I am spoiled by Cape Cod beauty.

Hi Liz - hope all is well! My Dad was fortunate to receive the vaccine just after Christmas through the VA and Mom is scheduled to receive the Vaccine tomorrow. My wife received hers on Christmas Eve! I will be waiting forever! Keep trying as Mom had to try several different locations before she was finally able to schedule near Orlando.

Good Morning! Thank you for starting us off this morning. Congrats on the milestone, celebrate each one! Sorry you're starting the hair loss phase, hang in there. All the things you're feeling were things I went through as well.
Accountability: Typical, I'm not sure why I can't push the snack monster back in the closet right now.
QOTD: I think I changed, I became more comfortable in my own skin and from there I think I gained confidence. I'm still "me" in my heart but the confidence has helped so much.

that snacking thing is hard to break - dealing with that myself. I always have raw veggies (with plain Greek yogurt mixed with ranch dressing mix as a dip) and sugar free Jello (and sugar free popsicles) around to help with that, but I still find myself going for other things, too. UGH!! I wish I'd have never gone down this road!
The snack monster was alive and well in my little abode yesterday evening as well.
