What's on your Tuesday Menu?
You are doing great on the weight drop - slow is good these days I think. I forgot that I did drive a cargo van twice (rentals).

It took 2 full weeks for the scale to catch up to my restricted calories but no cheating and no calories over 900 for 2 weeks, and it finally dropped all on one day.
Mernin' yall. Happy Taco Tuesday.
QOTD - I've driven a multi passenger Mercedes RV type thing that we rented for a family trip. That's probably the biggest. I liked it though.
Breakfast - None, fasting. Hot black coffee and water.
Lunch - Papas guisadas with vegan cheese tacos
Snack - apple with peanut butter
Snack - fruit smoothie
Dinner- spaghetti with salad
I hope you all have a great day!

Good morning peeps!
Thanks for starting our Tuesday off Liz. I hope they can iron out some of the administrative bugs in regards to your vaccine roll-out ,,,, a vast number of seniors have zero computer knowledge so I feel your frustration. Neither of my parents would be able to fill anything out online,,, they only got internet last year! Here in Canada, I think the vaccine will be administered through our pharmacies similar to our flu shots but so far only long term care home residents and front line workers are getting it.
Food was on plan yesterday but I didn't get a workout in so tonight will be another 50 minute home spin session.
B - protein shake
S- greek yogurt
L - turkey, lettuce, mustard, cheese wrap (no wrap)
D - leftover pot roast, carrots, parsnips
S - turkey peppette if needed
I was reading that West Virginia is doing best with the roll out partially because they are using local pharmacies which access their own records to contact people.
My home state of Massachusetts is only doing Health Care workers, some other front-line people, prisoners and long-term care facilities. Florida (where I am until May) allows Health-care workers and anyone over 65. For over 65, in most counties like mine, they have drive-through clinics by appointment only. They open up a limited number of appointments via online once a week and they are filled within about 3 minutes.

Morning! My days have been seriously crazy at work and it won't get better before the end of the month at this point. Also, I have a canker sore in my mouth and a nasty hang nail. It's amazing how much such little injuries can effect your quality of life. They hurt! I'm headed to pick up a used iPad today to add to my spin bike. I'm looking forward to having a tablet to leave there during classes. I had been using my phone up until now.
QOTD: I'm currently driving a Honda Pilot and it's the largest vehicle I've ever owned for sure. We purchased it 2 years ago with the intent that both kids would be able to bring a friend in it with us. Of course, we got exactly 1 year of use out of that before a pandemic hit and the only use has been transporting the dog and luggage to the beach with us easily. My plan is to keep this car until it's not mechanically sound anymore and by that point the kids will be old enough for me to downsize. This is my first car owned in NC and it's very weird not to have it rust out from under you.
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Cream x3
- Egg, Bacon, Sweet Potato, Sour Cream
- Spaghetti & Meatballs - I'll eat the meatballs and have a piece of my homemade sourdough bread I made this past weekend.

Marilyn has a Pilot. She like it, except that there are so many grey Pilots in our town that she can't find it in the supermarket parking lot.
