Good morning! Ling day ahead with early morning meetings and a 6 pm with our Asia team as well. Looking at my calendar, today is the only day I don't have a 530 am meeting so that's exciting. Fortunately, I have a good plan of attack for the week.
qotd - cottage cheese, my trainer was always after me to use it as a high protein snack and I refused. Now it's a staple.
menu today is
gf pb toast
bacon
olive bites
Cottage cheese with pistachios
coffee with half and half x 3
exercise will be the rower in between my last afternoon meeting and my Asia call
have a great Monday all

Olive bites? is this a recipe or ready to eat item? I love olives. The country club used to stuff bread and deep-fry them and I miss those maybe this will be a good sub.

It's prepackaged from traders joes; chopped olives in cream cheese, I think some parmesan and a bit of bread crumbs. They are yum.

Good Monday morning everyone! If you didn't know you're all awesome!
I'm working on very little sleep due to lots of pain. My left leg isn't cooperating with me and the pain pills. I should get a lot of information about the stimulator today or at least I'm hoping. So so much going on lol.
We have the kids today so no big plans. My eating has been utter crap. Depression has been really bad lately. I need to pull out of this. It's so easy to wallow in self pity. Yuck!
qotd: I used to like pasta but now it just makes me sick so I don't even like it anymore. I guess it's kind of a mental thing.
b: oatmeal and PB2 and coffee
l: egg, GF toast and chicken sausage
d: GF breaded sole and riced cauliflower
s: popcorn, protein snack, ???

Good morning everyone,
Is it really Monday already? I feel like January needs a few 3 day weekends just to kick off the year. My weekend was spent doing a few chores, doing my first 50 minute at-home spin class, having my family for supper and cards, then getting a long walk in yesterday with my daughter at a local walking trail. It was right at the freezing point but with no wind, it was an enjoyable hour in the fresh air.
I ate on plan and am down a couple pounds from last week... may the trend continue!
QOTD: cottage cheese, I often add it to my eggs and scramble it after seeing it on Liz's menu consistently
B - protein shake
S - greek yogurt
L - turkey, salad
D - pot roast, carrots, parsnips
S - turkey pepperette if needed
LOL! I actually have always like cottage cheese, but once I found out that it melted in the scrambled eggs I was hooked on that for breakfast.
