Good morning! It's seems 2021 just told 2020 to hold my beer...and it's exhausting. Does today feel like the end of the first week of the new year (calendar)? At least it's not March again!
QOTD - I work for a technology company, currently running pricing and project teams. Technology companies change frequently -- I'll have my 25th anniversary next month but I'm in my 17th role and I've just completed my 8th acquisition/sale/integration exercise in all that time. I have never been bored.
I have virtual bookclub today after work and early meetings today so not sure I can squeeze in a workout but I'm going to try.
Menu for today is all leftovers except breakfast
B - GF PB toast
L - pizza casserole
D - taco meat with cheese
S - L&F greek, frozen, and warm milk with SF syrup

Good Morning and Happy Friday-Eve! Well guys, I really need to take a few weeks off from any type of exercise. I have still been having pain (off and on) after I rolled my ankle in November and apparently resting a day here and there isn't working. I may go to the doc on Saturday but it's frustrating to always get the same talk about resting and all that (usually I get the "overuse" diagnosis) so I'm not sure if I'll go in just yet.
Accountability: Bad! To be honest, I was feeling sorry for myself about the exercise dilemma (ok, enough whining about it!)

Oh Kelly I am so sorry you have to take a break on the running. Have you thought about rowing to keep you moving? I know when I hit the gym I love the rowing machine and I am not on my feet. Just a thought and I hope you heal quickly.
