What's on your Tuesday Menu?
I'll come back with my menu later but I wanted to jump on because my treadmill died. I am devastated but I know a few of you got new equipment this year. Any suggestions on a new one if my DH can't fix this one? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Check out nordictrack; I really like their ifit program (I have their elliptical and rower, not the treadmill though).

Have you done the Ski ERG machines? I think they are so hard.

I second the iFit suggestion! I love my NordicTrack X22i--its got a big gorgeous screen and there are hundreds of really cool workouts filmed all over the world so you get a nice dose of travel along with exercise. The trainer on the screen automatically sets your pace and incline but you can manually adjust to fit your own skill level as needed.
I would check used machines by the local gyms. In my area at least a few closed and sold the equipment, so they don't have to store it.
I know my friend got a top of a line, 2.5 years old machine for really good price.

Good morning, Happy Taco Tuesday!
QOTD - We have a dog (surprise SHORTY!) that has really bad PTSD from when he was still living on the streets as a young dog. He had to deal with lots of fireworks, so we deal with keeping him calm and feeling safe. He gets a nice dose of doggie calming medicine and we keep him in bed with mom and dad. This is our life now LOL. As a side note, I personally hate fireworks. The large shows are beautiful and I can appreciate those, but the neighborhood idiots, those can go straight to hell.
I've eaten so many treats over the past week, it's been unreal. Chex mix, cookies, bread, more bread, homemade fudge, Christmas crack, etc. I was really worried it was going to wreak havoc on my weight. It didn't, not even a little. I've stayed within my window and stuck to IF, and I haven't gained a single pound. For that I am grateful. I hit up HEB last night and grabbed a bunch of fresh fruits and veggies though, and the last of the treats should be taken care of by the kids today. I allowed myself to indulge because its the holidays, but at this point my body is like "how about a nice smoothie, we like smoothies, remember???"
If you celebrate, I hope you had a great Christmas!
Breakfast - fasting so water, hot black coffee
Lunch - Sliced cosmic crisp apple (they are back!), peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, toast with some vegan cheese
Snack - fruit smoothie
Snack - Crackers with some vegan cheese, sliced cucumbers, sliced kiwis
Dinner - Lentil soup, veggie salad
I hope you all have an amazing day! Missed y'all!

I thought of you (and JB) yesterday when I found out that Netflix has a show that's all about Tacos....every episode is a new type of taco, two seasons, called The Taco Chronicles....happy taco Tuesday.
