Good Fri-yay morning!
DS finished his finals and his first semester, but unlike Jim's son is not itching to come back home :( He has planned some surfing days down south and on his way back up in Ventura and Santa Barbara, so he should be home by Monday.
QOTD: Dr Who #9 (be still my heart), #10, #11. I wanna be their companion and get out of here. Cabin fever much?
Accountability: HORRIBLE again. I'm in full mode Xmas crack making and how am I supposed to resist it when it's like my kryptonite? I delivered a batch to the first group and I got a text from one of them that they want more, because the kids already finished it. My house smells like caramel, a good smell but not so good for me.
My pics are from my run yesterday, after the rain. The forest was just glorious.

Cooking and baking thingz I can't eat doesn't work 4 me...
My Dad keeps asking 4 more fat lol! ( Lil demanding Jerk ) ESPECIALLY in baked goods .
Wise Lady 86 year old MOM says IGNORE HIM ...
He also tells m to dry out/overbake everything cuz "dry " reminds him of his happy childhood .
I cook and bake what tastes good 2 me and what doesn't make me Fat . Period .

Happy Friday all,
I'll make it a quick post since I'm at work and need to get working on a bank reconciliation,,, yuck! Yes I'm procrastinating.
Last night was another doozy at the gym with my trainer so I'm going to take a rest night tonight and get ready for my daughters 22nd birthday this weekend. Her gift is wrapped but she requested lasagna so I need to make a stop at the grocery store.
QOTD: Hmmmm I think I'll go with a silly one and say the mice from Cinderella who can sew,,, so could likely cook and clean too! My own little crew of helpers.
B - protein shake
L- salad with boiled egg, diced chicken, sprinkle of shredded tex mex cheese
S - greek yogurt
D - turkey steak (SOOO Good), mushrooms, asparagus (leftovers from last night since my son had eaten the rest of my stir-fry)
3.5 L water
Pics are just of my turkey steak meal ,,,, this is the first time I'd tried one and they were honestly like a real steak, super juicy and filling but also healthy
