Yeah, the simple syrup is what I'm worried about.

Cool sneakers!

Good Morning JB and Menuers,

JB I just love the photo of the bay window. Every time you post it it has a different theme. So cute. I wanted to have a bay window and put my Bakelite purse collection in it and put plants in the purses however my bay window is behind seating and it would be a pain to get back there to water the plants. I only decorate it for Christmas with lighted figures so it adds to the outside decorations.

Wow I got to be honest the road crews in SWAP were on top of it. I will not complain at all the roads were definitely in great shape considering the 10 inches of snow that fell. Very happy considering it is a 40 mile round trip to work.

My plans for the weekend now include baking. Yup I'm going to do it. I got a bunch of clear clam shells (take out containers) so I feel comfortable passing out cookies and I am going to ask if they would be welcome before I give them out because I don't want them to just be thrown away.

QOTD: Shrek. I would marry him if he was real. I love Shrek. And if we had kids I would want them to be all the M&M characters.

Accountability: I found some Street corn dip at Aldi that was low in sugar I was excited till it fell onto a few saltine crackers.

TSS: 3 years 0 Months and 7 day 131.2 (Lowest 129.4) Today is 3 years since my RNY

MS: Premier Apple cinnamon oats Protein shake and berries

L: Eggwhich and snack select

D: Hot dogs stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon

Exercise: 40 minutes of Dread Mill.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Everybody have a Great Weekend.

Brightest Blessing

Chrissy

LOL @ marrying Shrek. I've dated a couple with similar figures but they weren't as sweet.

I see a nice deer theme in your wrapping paper... all gifts for hubby?

It's always deer themed unless I find some M&M wrap. Plus DH does all the wrapping so I really do not get a choice.

Morning all,

I'm out of bed but not working today. Since I last checked in, I've been in the ER again twice and lost 3 more pounds. My gastroparesis (or whatever this is) certainly goes in cycles. I had 4 really good days followed by a return to nothing going down. My ER experiences (I suspect at least partly due to full hospitals with Covid) weren't great. A real push to get people in and out fast and the last trip was in an Uber during the middle of the snow-ice storm...argh! The balancing act is that the medicine that is helping my tum to accept fluid and food causes nasty side effects but without it, no intake.

I do have a couple of pics for this Friday.

1.

My general mood...

2. Santa came early with a new Fitbit, a Charge 4...

QOTD: no clue at the moment.

Food: DW made me some tofu scramble, I have Jello and bone broth handy and all else is wait and see. Also working hard on the fluids.

Exercise: My goal is to do some chair exercises since I'm wobbly.

Wishing everyone a safe and healthy day,

Janet

I got a Charge 4 sometime this summer to replace my five-year-old Charge 2. Love it!

Sorry to hear you're still dealing with the G/I issues, Janet....
