Astronauts need to do it and some small plane pilots and passengers are advised to wear them when the flight is longer than 3 hours. I did not when flying to Florida, and by the end of 6 hours I was just dying...

I put one on on the way back, but I did not drink a lot the evening before or the morning of the flight and I managed not using it.

Happy Fri-YAY! JB- good luck with your marathon meetings day. Lovely snow pics!

We don't have much planned did the weekend so I'm looking forward to some relaxation time and maybe some movie and games. It'll be a busy day at work so it should fly by.

Accountability: Better but not great. I had a few handfuls of some protein granola Em opened and some Lily's chocolate.

I made a chicken parm on the new Trader Joe's Cauliflower Thins last night and loved it. It is thin and crisped right up in the toaster :)
