What's on your menu (Tuesday)
hi all -thanks for starting out the thread jen. dogs woke up at 2 am then again at 5:30 which has become feeding time regardless of when we really want to feed them, so I started work early. no calls today so far which is awesome. im reading instead about tax updates to the system which have to go in week after Christmas and I have to test this week.
accountability- I had too many dark chocolate espresso beans PLUS 1/2 of a milk coffee at starbucks yesterday. they gave it to me free which was awesome.
so - I've been playing starbucks for life everyday and I won a prize this morning! its the coffee collection which I have no idea what it will contain but last year it was a tumbler, special reserve coffee and socks???
I did make it to the gym yesterday afternoon it was a shorter 45 min session.
food plan:
b: fiber one cereal with premier 'milk'
coffee
b2: homemade IP yogurt?
l: tuna
d: maybe pork chop or chicken
s: maybe more yogurt or shake we will see.

Thanks for starting us off! Yesterday was a down day for me - lots of memories of DH's last days around. The sun is out today which helps and I am planning excursions including a walk on the beach with Justice because it rained all day yesterday so we didn't make it. Accountability was nil yesterday as I ate my feelings.
QOTD: I was never a huge museum person, but DH was. I think that part of my reluctance was that DH would take HOURS at a museum and read EVERYTHING. I just didn't have the same level of interest or patience. But in his last few years while it was possible I took him to a lot of museums and because he couldn't really read anymore we were able to spend the amount of time I was comfortable with. My favorite from those days which I really want to go back to is the JFK Library and Museum in Boston.
