Good Morning! JB- I hope the next few weeks are better than you expect and remember to take cRe of yourself. I had a nice weekend too. We watched Em's play via YouTube and Zoom on Saturday and yesterday we watched movies and played a few games. Aside from that, prep a little for the week ahead.

Accountability: I reigned things in yesterday, let's leave it at that.

QOTD: I'm opposite from you, we usually do but just weren't feeling it this year. Maybe we'll do something like Spring cards.

TSS: 6 years, 4 months

B: Sf latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage and apple slices

L: Chicken breast, salad, string cheese, and a pear

S: Carbmaster yogurt, a plum and a turkey stick

D: Turkey burger, cauliflower with cheese sauce, sliced orange/ banana, sugar free pudding, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Chompie's toast, Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup fiber cereal

E: An hour treadmill run and one hour elliptical

V/W: On track

Good morning!

Ugh, how is it Monday already?

QOTD - I don't send Christmas cards out now, I never really did except to people who were out of town. I enjoy getting them but truth be told it's always awkward to receive pictures of random acquaintance's kids etc., because...what do I do with them...?

Breakfast - fasting, so lots of emtea, black hot coffee

Lunch -soyrizo tofu scramble with vegan cheese taco.

Snack - fruit smoothie - berries, kale, almond milk, chia seeds, hemp seed hearts

Snack - apple with peanut butter, pepitas with dried fruit

Snack - triscuits with vegan cheese, olives and some tofurkey

Dinner - homemade beans with cornbread with some avocado butter
