What's on your Monday Menu?

Happy Monday, Team! I hope you all had as good of a weekend as we did. Friday night we decided at the last minute to go to a local outdoor Christmas Light display with my parents, who I hadn't seen in 4 months. The lights are run by a Catholic Shrine and on their huge campus and it gets bigger and more beautiful every year. It was extra special this year, of course! There were a lot of people there, but I never once felt like I was too close to anyone, so it was a good experience. Sunday, I visited a friend to bring her her Hanukkah presents--we stayed on opposite ends of her porch with masks on and it was nice to visit "in person" :) Other than that, I just did a lot of cooking and other household chores to be ready for the week. Oh and I watched a bunch of my favorite Christmas movies.
This is the beginning of my crazy 2 week stretch... I'm not sure how much I will be able to check back in during the day for the next few weeks, because I have so much to do! Tuesday & Thursday I have to go into the office, too :( I wish we could fast forward to the winter break. I won't be taking time off, but schools will be closed, so it will be nice & quiet!
QOTD: Do you send holiday cards? I had been getting lazier about it over the years, and was just sending to aunts and uncles. Relatedly, I noticed that I get fewer and fewer, too! But this year, a combination of having more time, wanting to reach out because of the pandemic, and no longer having any social media accounts made me want to really get them out. I've sent over 50 so far, and have some more to go!
My accountability was pretty spotty this weekend. Saturday I ended up off plan and had higher calories and carbs than planned, but Sunday I wasn't hungry at all and ran with it--I only had about 400 calories yesterday!

Good morning and happy Monday! This is essentially the last full week we can expect everyone to be in the office before January so of course, we're trying to cram 3 weeks worth of meetings into one week. Next week's 3 day work week will be a pleasure, just have to get to there!
QOTD - I always have good intentions but it's been years since I have.
I tweaked my left hamstring yesterday so sitting is not going well; could have been the TRX bridging or the aggressive attempts to solidify my handstand, or forgetting to charge the snowblower battery so I had to shovel or the rower racing session I did....or could be the fact that all those things happened between 7 am and 10 am on the same day -- today was already going to be a rest day from exercise so while I woke up thinking I'd love to get a rowing studio class in.... I will keep it that way.
Menu today is
coffee + half and half X3
2 slices TJs gluten free cin raisin bread with 1 oz baked lemon ricotta
4 oz shreeded Italian beef with 1 slice cheddar
3 oz turkey breast
4 oz wine
Have a fantastic Monday everyone - hope it's the start of a great week!

Good morning everyone. It promises to be a long day for me. I woke up in tears so yeah...long day. I'm hurting so much
no big plans since we're watching the kids today. My brothers workplace has holiday hours so we'll have Randall a little earlier today and all the kids next week. I got some crafts for them to do...I just hope my body doesn't protest to awfully much.
Food was o****il around 7:40. Calorie were not to bad but still about 200 more than I wanted.
I made peanut butter fudge Friday and haven't had a single piece of it. So I'm proud of myself for that. The cake went well(check out Saturday's post for a picture!). Riley was happy so I was happy.
