What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
The first time I flew to London, I had to take a bus from the airport to a hotel. I remember looking out the window and thinking everyone was reading a newspaper while they were driving. It took a while to remember that the driver was on the right side of the car and the people reading newspapers were the passengers, not the drivers.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Happy end of the work week everyone!
I'm hopping on this board as someone who is 2 years post-op and still trying to achieve my goal weight. I was active on the Ontario Canada thread daily for the first year, but it has pretty much vanished.
You guys inspire me! I've been lurking for the past year and feel like I know all of you. I'm from Ontario Canada, have a son who is 24 and a daughter who is 22. I have been a single mom since my daughter turned a year old so decided once they were grown that I needed to finally take care of myself. At this point I've lost about 175 lbs, been working out at the gym with a trainer 3x a week and love weight training. I am finding this to be double edged sword, yes I am losing inches and have gained so much muscle, but the scale is STUCK. I eat between 700-800 calories a day mainly consisting of high protein and low-carb. Plastic surgery is a must but I cannot even get a consult since my BMI is still high by their standards. PLEASE give me any advice you have.... I'm here to listen to you pro's!
QOTD- I'll go with flying vehicle so I can avoid blac**** and snow conditions in our crazy winters!

I am 3 years out today and I still work on loosing. I think your doing everything right the only thing I did not hear you say is that you are getting in all your water. If that is not happening that is a game changer. Just remember its way harder to loose after that 1st year. But since year one I am down another 40lbs brining my grand total to 170lbs lost. I think it's just a matter of time and it will come off just slower like it did for me. I only lost 7lbs this last year.
