In exactly 2 weeks, I will FINALLY be on the RnY Losers bench! FINALLY!

I just want to SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS!

Praying for patience these next 2 weeks since I will be drastically changing my menu but the rest of my family will stay the same.

I am Catholic and when I need help with dieting I pray a novena to Saint John Climacus. I realize that might be completely at odds with your beliefs, but for me works like a miracle.

A novena takes nine days and it is about five minutes a day. As long as you remember your Hail Mary, Our Father, and Glory Be, it will be easy to do. There is a Kindle edition that is about $3.
