Loved the ending on Queens Gambit and also loved the Christmas Chronicles. It has been a long time since there was a quality Christmas movie and I think they really measure up!

Happy Friyay!

It is currently snowing.. yay! I'm about to take the dog for a walk - she loves the snow more then I do!

I weigh myself first thing in the morning, every morning.. but I only track it once a week.

This weekend I'm hoping to begin an 'art' project.. we have a few old ikea items I'm repurposing and hopefully giving some new life to with some contact paper. I am sure it's going to be a challenge.. but it'll be nice as then I can continue to unpack the new condo.

This is my girl - her name is Abby. She's an 8 year old greyhound shepherd mix..

B: 1 egg, 1/2 English muffin, 1 slice light Swiss

S: 1c decaf coffee, 1c fairlife milk, 1tbsp sf mocha

L: turkey and Swiss roll ups

S: hard boiled egg

D: chicken meatballs

S: TBD

I always find it a challenge to eat when I'm on afternoon shifts - I still get up at the butt crack of dawn - so it's a bit more awkward to space out my meals. I do however do really good with my water on these days as I'm awake for so much longer!

Your still early and getting into a routine of eating is not easy. Just keep grinding away you will get into a routine eventually. I use 25oz of water as my cue to eat. Once I get in 25 I know it is time to eat. then I get in my 100oz of water and 4 meals. Maybe a plan like this might help. That Doggie is beautiful. I want to pet her.

Abby is beautiful. Being part grayhound, I bet she makes sure you do lots of walking.

Honestly.. she's insanely lazy. I enjoy long walks and she's done at like 2km.. She enjoys sprinting short distances over long walks.. 15 min of fetch a day and she will actually take her ball and head back inside on her own.. probably spends 20 hours a day sleeping or lounging on some kind of soft surface.. oh the life!
