What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

We watched episodes 6 & 7 yesterday. Marilyn is jealous of her clothes budget.

I read that sales of chess sets are up like a million percent right now, because of the show. I bet sales of vintage 60s gowns are up as well, because that's what I wanted to buy!

I want those clothes too. The sweater sets

I loved all the clothes, the cars and the sets!

The long white coat and hat towards the end is what put Marilyn over the top. I loved Jolene's car, Ralph Nader notwithstanding.

I saw a report on the news that 70% of people are not cooperating with the contact tracers and here in PA they quit. They leave it up to you to contact who you been in contact with. Maybe they are so overwhelmed in Massachusetts they gave up too.

They did leave it up to us to contact others but they walked through the quarantine rules and time period during which we would have been contagious and asked if we had notified the people we were with during that period (we had).

I love the stocking. Let me know if you even guessed the ending to Queen's Gambit. This week I watched Christmas Chronicles 1 and 2. They are really cute.

They were made by Chris Columbus, who did Gremlins, Home Alone, Mrs Doubtfire, and so many great movies.

Chris grew up in my hometown and was in my brother's class in school. When he first became well known, my brother had not heard about it. So Chris was visiting his mom and my brother ran into him on the golf course. Joe asked Chris where he was living now. When Chris said Manhatten, Joe said, "You must be doing all right to be able to afford to live there".

Later, when we told Joe what Chris was doing, he felt so embarrassed.
