Love that shot with Dolly and all your pics! Such a cute kitty!

Not much planned for the day other than to finish up and start some new chainmaille. I went to be early last night s I was just feeling really badly. I think I had a migraine. I had a horrid headache with neck and shoulder pain....also was queasy. I had the headache most of the day and the day before. So far this morning it is better and i'm hopeful it'll stay that way.

Food was better yesterday. No gluten or dairy. Could of been better calorie wise but it'll be better today.

hope that you all have a great day!

qotd: usually every day or every other day. Otherwise I tend to get too relaxed.

b: gluten and dairy free baked donut & coffee

l: burrito with gf & df flat bread

d: gf fish fillet, roasted Brussels sprouts & carrots

s: popcorn, maybe some left over Brussels sprouts and ???

my pics are of the advent calendars, opal and a funny meme.

Sweetie, some days are just rotten and I find that bad head and neck pain cause shoulder pain from being so tense.

I'd love to get your recipe for the baked donuts. That may be something that I can eat!

I sadly didn't make these but bought them from natural grocers. I do plan on making some after these are gone and will report in if they are good!

Good morning and happy Friday all! I'm ready for this week to be over! It's been a long one for me. Accountability was really good yesterday. I am down another pound of regain thankfully! 4 more pounds to go to get to where I was and then I can finally get back on track to reaching my goal! No plans for this weekend other than meeting my brother for coffee and brunch tomorrow.

QOTD: I weigh everyday in the mornings....though lately it's been more like 3 or more times a day everyday. Yes, I'm a bit obsessed. I feel like I have more of a handle on my weight if I know where I stand each and everyday. It's easier to make adjustments to lose a pound or two of regain rather than 10-20 pounds after stepping on the scale for the first time in weeks or months.

B:!coffee w/Splenda & sf creamer x 2

B2: protein shake

L: 2 oz roast beef & a laughing cow cheese wedge

D: 4 oz leftover baked salmon and broccoli

S: L&F Greek yogurt & an apple

hi all - no pics for me today. scale down again from yesterday though im not believing it...We did make it to the restaurant I talked about yesterday. I ate less during the morning to compensate for 'prepared' food. they had chicken teriyaki thighs that were very good, chickn dumpling that tasted just like my memas who passed 15 years ago, and pecan cobbler.. it was essentially pecan pie bread and I almost lost it but I had 3 bites and pushed it off. Today is DH's birthday and I've done nothing so need to figure that out. I didn't even buy a card for him and its the BIG boy birthday...

QOTD: I used to weight everyday and when I ate off plan I didn't want to weigh until a few days have passed. I would have anxiety over it. I was told not to weight everyday. then I was told to weigh everyday but record it only one specific day a week to see trends. in my case the trend was up up up! I didn't weight on our trip, I waited a few days later, then didn't weigh for about 4 days near thanksgiving. then started yesterday. so- I think I will start going back to weighing every day and writing it down in MFP. weight once a week for WW app.

food today:

b: coffee with premier

egg/egg whites/35 cal toast

b2: rest of b since I can't eat it all

l: shrimp salad?

d: need to figure it out since its birthday day...eeeek

s: probably yogurt

Good morning! Our stay in Covid-land is getting boring already but the good news is that symptoms have mostly subsided. I almost feel like normal though I will remain in quarantine until 12/9. Mike isn't up yet but he sounded better last night too. We both have been sleeping really soundly which I guess is the fatigue part though I don't feel overly tired during the day, just bored. And my back was twinging yesterday because I am not getting my daily walk. I tried to walk briskly yesterday evening and early this morning with Justice when no one is out but I can't go far because I certainly don't want to run into anyone.

We watched 5 episodes of Queens Gambit yesterday and will fini**** today. So good! Thank you for the recommendations.

I am still feeling impressed with Florida's easy access to testing and quick follow-up on contact tracing (20 hours after positive test). DD in Massachusetts waited all day for a test (in a line for 3 hours) and 3 days later has still not been contacted by a contact tracer.

This is the Christmas stocking I made for my new grand nephew but can't mail until next week. It still needs to be blocked a bit, but I am done!

QOTD: I weigh daily except for last year when everything with DH was spiraling out of control (and I gained 20 pounds). I also didn't weigh for the last week, but got back on this morning. I was in the same range as early October, so though I need to lose a few I am okay with that.

TSS: 4 years, 8 months

B: Coffee!!! Eggs and cottage cheese

L: tuna salad and cottage cheese

D: Possibly pizza delivery - we need a change from the two IP meals we plan to alternate until out of quarantine

S: blueberry cheesecake yogurt pie

I bet they have something like "Walk Away the Pounds" videos on youtube (maybe not that exact thing since it's probably copyrighted (although who knows?), but something similar...in my senior cardio/strength class (the one taught by the person whose job was terminated this week), she did a lot of various walks in the cardio part of it...marching in place, side-to-side, etc)
