Good morning everybody!

The house we are renting has Netflix and we binge watched the first four episodes of the Queens Gambit last night. We really thought it was well done.

Still super busy at work. Not like the terrible project or anything, just busy. It's interfering with my playing.

tonight we are going to Marilyn's parents for pizza and SEAL team.

QOTD - I love all aspects of the holiday season. After that? The best thing about February is cold tap water.

breakfast- egg sandwich

snack - protein bar

lunch - brisket

dinner - pizza

Have a great day, all!

The Queen's Gambit is one of the best shows I have ever watched. The ending was a shocker to me. Hope you can watch the rest of it. It is just excellent entertainment in every episode.

I do love that ice cold tap water in February.

I am worried that Marilyn will sneak off and watch the remaining episodes without me.

I bet she won't. It is the kind of show you want to watch with someone else.

Glad you reviewed it! We need to start binge watching some good shows here in Covid-ville. Very boring staying in all the time especially when the sun is out!

Good Morning JB and Menuers,

Great News you are feeling better Julia. I did notice you do not have even close to as many sick days as you did last year. That WFH is really paying off. Last year you were fighting something at least once a month. Hope you stay healthy now through the new year.

I want to thank everybody for the birthday wishes. I had a great day and my family and friend really made the day special. DH even let my bestie visit for a couple hours last night and we drank a bottle of wine. DH has been super careful with letting anyone in the house. He just looking out for our safety. She had a negative Covid-19 test Sunday and that was 7 days from her flight so I am confident she is not contagious. It was super nice to spend time with her. She didn't leave to around 11:00 so I am dragging a bit today.

I finally prepared those butternut squash ravioli and I am glad I did. They were lovely. I'd like to grab the spinach ones if I get a chance to go to Aldi sometime soon. I followed the package direction to cook them then I used Browned butter garlic and parsley to top them. You can taste the cinnamon and nutmeg. I should have sprinkled with some parm but I just thought of that as I was typing. Hopefully next time.

QOTD: I am going with the Christmas Parties and caroling through the holidays and in February I like the trip we usually take to the Caribbean. Unfortunately none of this will happen this year.

Accountability: A Half a bottle of Blueberry Rain From the Wilcox Winery. I love it so much I will be picking up a case today so I do not run out any time soon. DH really likes it too and he is not a drinker of wine or any alcoholic beverage.

TSS: 2 years 11 Months and 21 day 130 (Lowest 129.4)

MS: Premier Blueberry oat Protein shake and berries and a carb conscious cranberry Almond bar

L: Crack chicken snack select and apples

D: meatloaf and cauliflower ravioli.

Exercise: Nope taking the day off!!

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Everybody have a Great day.

Brightest Blessing

Chrissy
