Will you be first in line for a Covid vaccine?
Citizen Kim, I'm so happy to hear that it's behind your family. Were there any really serious complications that any of you had? The symptoms and outcomes seems to be all over the map. I know of a woman who had her sense of taste be gone for a couple of weeks and the only way she found out she had it was that she gave blood, and since about July the Red Cross is testing for the antibodies if you have given blood.

We were all very different.
My son had an easy time and is fine.
I still have no sense of smell and lots of headaches.
My partner has Covid shadows on his lungs, still gets breathless and has chronic fatigue.
I know people who are still very sick from testing positive in March or April.
It's horrible, but we're alive at least. I heard yesterday that we won't be able to get the vaccine for two years, but I'm ok with that

Kim are they saying you aren't eligible for two years because you already had it? I thought current thinking was that you only had antibodies for about 3 months?

I'm not considered high risk, so I won't be able to get the first round, but as soon as it is available to me, I will absolutely get it.
