Hey Gang. It's December 1st!! Anyone else's mind blown on that? It really feels like summer was just a minute ago to me.

Yesterday turned out to be a weird day. I was feeling kind of blah when I first woke up and wrote yesterday's post, but by 7am I was feeling really queasy and out of it. I ended up taking the day off since I knew it was going to be quiet anyway. I had to answer a lot of emergency calls and emails so it wasn't completely off, but it was nice to have one more day on the couch. I didn't really have a plan for food and ended up barely eating all day. I had some bland crackers and cheese and ended the day at 585 calories. Of course the scale says I am up 2 full pounds, but it's impossible, so I am not taking it seriously.

Funny story... I did manage to order my Instacart groceries yesterday morning, which were delivered at 12pm. Then at 1:30pm my doorbell rang again and the exact same order was delivered again by a different driver! It was their mistake, obviously, so they didn't charge me. Free groceries! So I have a TON of perishables to eat, now. It was a bad day to be feeling nauseous and not want to eat anything. Hopefully I can get through some of my stash today.

QOTD: Do you rearrange your furniture often? When I was a kid I used to rearrange my bedroom furniture all the time and it would feel like a new room. I loved that! :) Anyway, Grim and I were weirdly inspired to start moving the living room furniture around last night and I think we came up with a better set up than we currently have. It will involve us getting a new couch set, though, but I think it will be really hard to go furniture shopping during this pandemic... Hmm. Hopefully the first place we go to will have a perfect set because I refuse to go from store to store!

So sorry your felt unwell yesterday! Hope today is better for you.

I'm up for some reason. So so tired feeling though and my stomach is all blah.

We have a plumber coming this morning to snake out the kitchen line. This house just keeps giving us love hahaha. Other than that I hope we are home all day. I need to work on chainmaille for my nieces and nephew. I'm making them some spheres and some jewelry for the girls. Randall will be getting some stuff too just haven't figured out what exactly yet.

b: oatmeal and coffee

l: we might make chili

Good morning all! Yesterday was rough! Work was super busy, but it always is after a holiday. Though yesterday seemed crazier than normal. I hope today is a bit calmer. It's only Tuesday, but I'm already over this week!

Accountability was really good yesterday. I stayed within my calorie range for the first time since before thanksgiving. Thankfully I wasn't very hungry yesterday. And I am down another pound this morning. 5 more to go before I am back to where I originally was.

QOTD: I would absolutely love to re-arrange my furniture, but my living room isn't very big at all and there is only really one place I can put the sofa where it isn't sticking out and in the way. So I just leave things the way they are. Growing up though I used to love helping mom change the furniture around. If I ever move out of my small townhouse into a house with a larger living room then I most definitely will be changing things around! I think it's so much fun!

B: coffee w/Splenda & sf creamer x 2

B2: protein shake

L: 2 oz roast beef & a laughing cow cheese wedge

D: Turkey soup

Hi guys! Sorry you were under the weather yesterday JB.

I am glad to be back to planned eating after last week with DD's visit. I ate clean yesterday and mostly the day before but didn't get my act together to post here.

It is only 52 in Southwest Florida this morning with tomorrow's projected low of 36. It was hot and humid here much later in the year than usual, now these drastic dips in temperature which usually don't happen until January/February. Strange!

QOTD: I rarely rearrange furniture once I feel I have the layout right. At some point it feels correct and it stays that way for years. I will periodically change the decor a bit including newer furniture pieces at which time I may rearrange but not otherwise.

TSS: 4 years, 8 months

B: Coffee!!! Eggs and cottage cheese

L: chicken salad and laughing cow cheese

D: Italian chicken and peppers (IP recipe) over zoodles

S: strawberry/blueberry cheesecake yogurt pie

I spend a lot of time planning where the furniture will go. I use the measuring tape and draw diagrams on graph paper. Once I have a plan I am happy with it stays that way forever. But years ago, I used to love moving things to different arrangements.

I have been buying new furniture and doing my shopping online. Laz-y-boy has a wonderful site and great customer service people. Wayfair is also great. Most of the stores have online sites where you can keep browsing to find exactly the size, style, and colors you want. I made one trip to a huge store this summer and spent hours looking at what is available.

Then I did my shopping and ordering on line or over the phone.

Because of COVID, it takes a long time to get anything that is custom ordered. What I ordered this summer should arrive in January.

In the past, the stores used to take the old furniture when they delivered the new. Or I would call the Salvation Army, St. Vincent De Paul, or other charity to take away the old furniture. With COVID, that is no longer happening. I will have to hire and pay a company to haul away the old furniture before the new arrives.

hi all it was super hard getting up this morning and I slept 30 min more than usual. having coffee now

QOTD: in the GA house, not so much. the TN house yes because it is very little so we needed to figure out how to store everything and 'max' the space. I generally leave this to DH since he is the designer. I just like the finding of the stuff. so the last project he did was to figure out the TV in the LR with the furniture. we ended up mounting the TV from rustic ceiling beam so it hung down and it turned out perfect- was a little hard to install but it made for better spacing.

food plan today: leftovers I think which im really NOT feeling

b: coffee 2x with premier creamer

either protein waffle or eggs with 35 cal toast

b2: probably the other half of breakfast since Im only trying to eat 1/2 or stop when its time

l: last of pork chop or salmon

d: repeat of above

s: unsure maybe 1/2 serving plain oatmeal with PB fit.
