What's on your Monday Menu?

Hi dear friends,

Just a very quick check in. I had an in office exam with my GP/PA, and I will be following up with a Bariatric gastro specialist asap. But I got home about the same time as Lisa was starting a telehealth appointment with the other doctor in the practice. She's had a bad cough for several weeks and refused to do more than suck on cough drops. He immediately sent her to the hospital that I was just discharged from. She had to go alone in an Uber, which is really scary. I suspect that she has pneumonia. So we've traded places and now I'm home alone and still walking with a walker.

If you pray, please do. If not, send good vibes. If nothing else, can you at least sacrifice 40 virgins to a volcano? Laughing because I'm really nervous. Hopefully tomorrow I can write more.
