Morning! It's a short week! I'm hoping that it will be pretty dead and that a lot of people will be on vacation. I have some tick list items to get out of the way, but otherwise I might use some work time to read books. ALL THE BOOK READING. I just finished the All Souls Trilogy and The Green Glass Sea (a YA novel I read with my 11 year old about WWII). I picked a contemporary fiction now to shake up the genre completely away from Fantasy and historical fiction.

QOTD: Generally, 6:30-7:30am is my work out time. But, one of my items in rotation is walking outside and it's getting colder so I've moved my walks to lunch break. If I'm doing the stationary bike or resistance bands/body weight work then I do it first thing in the morning. I do some sort of activity at least 4-5 times per week. I honestly don't have a set day schedule though. I just tend to rotate it. I walked yesterday and am sore in my op hip today, so I'll take a rest day and probably tomorrow I'll do the bike. I'll do walks on the days it's nice outside.

My Food:

  • Coffee w/ Cream x3
  • Eggs, Sweet Potato, maybe sausage w/ sour cream
  • Pineapple Chicken

Good morning all! I'm ready to get this short work week over with! JB I have been watching a lot of Hallmark Christmas movies as well and I saw that one you mentioned, but just could not get into it for some reason. My favorite one which they have replayed a lot, but I still watch it every time is The Nine Lives of Christmas. It's about this adorable cat! Love that one!

Accountability yesterday was good but not good. Good in that I ate healthy, but not so good because I Just always stayed hungry for some reason. So even though I consumed healthy foods all day, I just consumed too dang much of them! So I ended up over my calorie limit for the day and this morning I'm up two pounds! Ugh!! Not something I want right before Thanksgiving!

QOTD: My exercise has been the same thing everyday.....walking/jogging on the treadmill and a bit of weight lifting. However, I have been bad about being consistent with it lately. So I need to get my butt back on it! So that's the plan after work today. I wish I could be one of those people who get up early and work out first thing, but I tried it and it was so dang rough! I'm so not a morning person!

B: coffee w/Splenda & sf creamer x 2

B2: protein shake

L: 2 oz chicken breast & a laughing cow cheese wedge

D: 4 oz salmon & veggies

S: L&F Greek yogurt & an apple

Funny you say the first thing in the morning workout is not your cup of tea. You were actually the one that inspired me to try it and I love getting it over with first thing.

LOL!! I'm glad I was at least able to inspire you! Maybe I will get inspired to try it again....who knows? lol. I'm gonna try to get it done on my lunch break today so I won't be tasked with it after work. After work I'm usually so worn out.
