Jen,
Curious about what rower you bought. My husband wants one for home.

I picked the Nordictrack one, I went with the RW900. I bought an elliptical from them last year and I really love their iFit program which gives virtual training and adjusts resistance, incline to align with the terrain of the virtual program; they also have recorded studio workouts too. It is a good overall package for me, makes sure I don't just go through the motions and keeps making things harder!

They seemed the same from a performance/review perspective and I wanted to be able to use iFit. It feels like the Betamax/vhs or pc wars though If you go online, lol

I reviewed the recipe with my RD once and she informed me that they were more dairy than potato, lol. She was not wrong.

Good morning all! So glad we have almost made it to the end of the week! I'm so ready to relax. I made cookies this week for a friend and my brother and his girlfriend. I'm pretty impressed that I was strong and only licked the bowl and had one cookie hot out of the oven just to test and see if they were edible. Lol. I know I know I did NOT need to lick the bowl or eat the cookie, but it was enough to stop the craving. Ended up with almost 50 cookies....2 bags are gone out of my house. Only one more bag to give away and that person knows they are getting a bag of cookies so I can't go in and steal any from the bag because they will know some is missing. This way I'm not tempted! Lol
Accountability was pretty good again yesterday. No extra snacking and I stuck to plan. Although I did add a bit of peanut butter to my apple I had for snack so technically I didn't stick to plan 100%. Other than that I didn't really eat much. My stomach was hurting pretty bad yesterday for some reason. It was really bloated and gassy....I'm talking like the feeling right after surgery when you have all that painful trapped gas. So I don't know if it was a food intolerance or what? But I haven't really eaten anything new other than the low calorie peanut butter energy balls I made that contains ground flax seeds. So maybe that was it???
QOTD: hmmm this is a tough one. I wanna say the main course....the turkey, but there are so many other yummy side dishes! I'm gonna have to go with the stuffing as well. Either that or the sweet potato pie!
