Let it begin with me.

Mornin'!
Janet is scheduled to have her endoscopy today, so we (and she!) should know more soon...
it's supposed to be around 50 degrees today - and for the next couple of days, too - so I need to get out on my bike this afternoon. I'm kind of busy until then, though. I may do my usual cardio/strength Zoom thing at 9:00, then I signed up for some Zoom program at 10:00 on well-being, then I have to take one of the cats to the vet at 10:50 (I noticed a cyst on his tail a couple of days ago, so they're going to aspirate it to see what it is - hopefully whatever it is is benign!), then I have to host another Zoom presentation from 1:00-2:00 that one of my organizations is sponsoring (I'll be dealing with the software and running the Q&A portion after the speaker is doing speaking), so I have to be logged in by 12:40. Although that still gives me a couple hours before dark when I can bike.
DH got the word yesterday that his office is going fully remote again starting next week. Since he only goes in on Mondays and Wednesdays now (the staff rotates), today is his last day in the office until at least mid- to late-January. YAY! I like having him at home!
QOTD: the Obamas immediately popped into my head - although a couple of you beat me to it!
TSS: 5y5m
B: I was planning on a Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwich (the light one - with turkey sausage, egg whites, and an English muffin), but I'm more in the mood for the usual - yogurt with some kind of fruit compote. So probably that. Plus coffee with half & half
MS: Fit Frappe
L: cheesecake-flavored yogurt pie with blueberry compote
AS: maybe pumpkin yogurt. Or L&F with raspberries and a skinny English muffin with light cream cheese
D: not sure. Maybe ham slices and a sweet potato (??)
have a great day, everyone!
Good morning JB and Menuers,
My to do list looks similar today. And I am in complete agreement with the long week. Will it ever end? I'm hearing you on Dolly Parton this morning JB. She has been on every news cast and radio show I have turned on today. Good for her helping out the world. I also heard a story on CBS this morning and they said when George Cooney was 52 he invited 14 friends for dinner and handed them each a briefcase and enclosed was 1 million dollars each. These were his closest friends who supported him before he became a huge star. He never thought he would marry and he said he would be leaving it to them in his will so he wanted to give it to them now so he could see them enjoy it. Isn't that a fun story. You go Clooney.
QOTD: Matt Damon. He's my hall pass. He also is a humanitarian and a philanthropist.
Accountability: I had a couple dates 1 pizzella w/maple whipped cream.
TSS: 2 years 11 Months and 7 day 130.2 (Lowest 130.2)

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Everybody have a Great day.
Brightest Blessings
Chrissy

Nailed it!!!! Wait till you taste it your winning Thanksgiving this year with that cheesecake I promise.
~Hint I leave it in the springform pan wrapped in foil. Then put about 1-2 inches of ho****er in sink and set the pan there for about 3 minutes then take the pan apart. Then it slides off the pan to put on the platter.
