The refrigerator looks great JB. I have been planning to make labels for mine for quite a while. I am going to do that this week and see how they come out. I love the clear bins because they are just like having extra drawers. I will admit when I buy groceries I think about where something will be stored. I never bought a separate freezer because I was afraid it would just end up with food clutter.
QOTD: I used to think about Oprah. She had a live-in personal chef and live-in personal trainer. But she still struggled with weight. Either one would be wonderful most of the time but I bet there are days when you would feel like just doing your own thing and tell them both to quit their nagging. They would make it easier, but you still have to do the work and be accountable to yourself.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Good morning, Happy Wednesday!
QOTD - Definitely a personal trainer. I'm a creature of habit with food, and I like my cooking. I would love to have someone in house to motivate me and work with me, that actually KNOWS what they are doing.
Breakfast - fasting, so water and one cup of hot black coffee (trying to cut down). Weird thing, I started my fast earlier yesterday (4PM) and I feel so good. I may need to rethink my fasting window and change it from 12-6, to 10-4. I think it may work better for me.
Lunch - Leftover spaghetti, with vegan sauce
Snack - fruit smoothie, frozen fruit, oat milk, chia seed, hemp seed, turmeric, ginger
Snack - 1/2 bagel with hummus, apple slices, pepitas, nuts/dried fruit mix
Dinner - Gardein fishless filets, pasta and salad (again)
Have a great day y'all!
Christina
Let it begin with me.

Just a brief moment to stop by because so many of you have been such good friends for years.
I am still struggling with neck and head pain and multiple consults and treatments. I'm really struggling with the exhaustion from more than a year of chronic pain and the secondary problems from the fixes.
My most recent treatment triggered a physical and psychological allergic reaction along with extreme difficulty drinking and eating. My goal today is to drink an Unjury meal replacement shake and keep it down.
I thank those of you who have checked in and sent kind words, and my care team hopes that as the chemicals leave my body that I will have the strength to get back to more healthy self care.
Sending hugs and best wishes to you all. Janet
