I've been up since 4 something and didn't get much good sleep before that. With that and the pain I still feel like crap. My stomach isn't reacting well to a drug I'm taking at night...I just don't know which one! The Tylenol 4s I guess suppressed that and since I had to stop taking those...well it's not fun!

I had an appointment with my bariatric NP yesterday over the phone. He wants me to get more protein...which I know I do but didn't pay enough attention to I guess. He sent me a list of dairy free and gluten free protein sources. Sam's club has one of the pre-made options so we are going today to get that. We might run to target too. We're trying to get Christmas shopping stuff done.

Melody, love the Xmas one. How did you come up with the name Nevicata? In italian it means snow storm, or a heavy snow.
