Good Morning! JB-it sounds like you started your staycation off right. I want to see pics on Friday of all your walks and the fridge of course.
Accountability: I made it all day sticking to plan until almost bedtime. I had toasted chompie's bread and some Atkins chocolate/nut bites.

ES: carbmaster yogurt with ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 1 hour treadmill run and 1 hour elliptical

Good morning all!
same ol pain for me so I'll just skip that talk.
I have two appointments today, one of the phone and one on zoom. Thankfully they were moved to those. We are going to go get a turkey breast this afternoon and most of what we need for our small thanksgiving feast. Then we are staying home as much as possible. I have an appointment Thursday with my retinopathy stuff to get checked so that has to be in person. It's my least favorite doctors office...it takes usually hours so yay.
so six years ago these things came into our life. Nothing has been calm since.

Mornin' All!
They're calling for storms off and on all day today, and it's only supposed to be in the 40s (vs the 70s we've had for several days in a row), so I'll be staying in for the most part. Although I'll probably make a quick grocery store run at some point to pick up a couple of things - and to get out of the house for a few. Otherwise, I'm going to do a Zoom yoga class at 9:00 (and possibly another one at noon). I have my poli sci class from 10:00-11:30 and my two history classes this afternoon - so my day is pretty full.
accountability wasn't the greatest yesterday, but I had a 45-minute Zoom cardio/strength class in the morning and 1.5 hours of biking in the afternoon, so I'll probably be OK - but I'm buckling down today.
QOTD: my brain hasn't turned on yet this morning!

L: AmyLu chicken sausage, 1/4 C sweet potato casserole, and a small salad with light dressing

D: probably the rest of the butter chicken

JB - enjoy your time at home and organizing everything. I join others in asking for pics of your fridge after you reorganize it.
We are still cold here, the temps never went above low 50s yesterday. I was on a hike in the woods with a couple of friends and by the time we were back in civilization and found some sun we were shivering and felt like icicles. Couldn't get warm for the rest of the day and kept the sweatshirt on. I know, small problems for you guys on the East or Midwest.

My meals yesterday:

- S: I finally found the L+F pumpkin pie yogurt
- D: crockpot salsa chicken on cauliflower rice
- E: 30 minutes cardio + 50 minutes weight training. And the hike in the woods!
