What's on you (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!!! I can't believe I made it to the end of the week. It was LOOOOOONNNNNGGGGGG! This weekend Logan is going for his first grooming appointment, so that should be fun. Other than that, I have spin since she's doing a 20 classes in 2 days. I'm likely down a class since at the end of week one, I'll only have taken 5. other than that, i'm going to try and catch up on cleaning and relaxation.

QOTD: Oh, that's tough. For a while I was the queen of the sweater set at work, so maybe that.

My plan:

B: fairlife latte (I really need to go to the market. I'm out of eggs)

L: 1/2 of a chinese chicken salad (leftover from last night)

D: I'm not sure, but I want something yummy. I'll likely pick something up after spin

S: apple and peanut butter before spin

E: happy hour parking lot spin

My style was always very classic. Dark colored suits with silk blouse, 2" leather pumps, and matching handbag type look. When I traveled as a consultant to different companies I would call first and ask about their dress code.

My favorite reply was when I was doing a job for Adidas, a sneaker and sportswear company. They told me, "We have two rules, do not walk in here wearing a suit and do not walk in here wearing anything with a NIKE swatch". The CEO and his staff wore jeans, baseball caps, and would get mud on their clothes playing frisbee at lunchtime. They also bought their dogs to work and a big German Shepherd might dome over for some socializing and being petted while you were working at your computer.

I am short and sweet

Breakfast, I had a protein shake, Lunch was protein pudding with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and dinner will be a protein shake and egg salad with a little bit of mayo and mustard

I could never be a fashion influencer, but if I was it would be for evening gowns. I cant wait to try one on and feel good about myself.
