What's on you (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Love the pics.
I'm with you with cigarette pants, love them the way Audrey Hepburn wore them.

Mornin' All!
I'm going to do a Zoom yoga class this morning at 10:00, but otherwise no plans for the day - but I have a couple of things I've been meaning to get done for one of my organizations, and I also have a ton of reading I could be doing for classes (at least I'm an auditor, so it's optional...). It's another beautiful day, but I've been biking so much this week that I'm aching this morning - so maybe I'll take a walk instead. At any rate, it's beautiful outside, so I need to be out in it!
accountability wasn't good yesterday, but I've been biking 15-20 miles a day this week, so I doubt that yesterday's splurge will cause any/much damage. Feeling very bloated this morning, though - and I'm up two lbs. It's either too much sodium or this drug I'm on for the next month (Premarin) - I read it can cause water retention and bloating. Great. At least when I'm feeling like this, I'm not likely to overeat.
QOTD: I'm no fashionista, but if they ever get rid of leggings and oversized sweaters, I'm screwed. I pretty much live in those all fall & winter.
TSS: 5y5m

D: leftover chili or butter chicken
here are some photos from my bike rides this week (all from different days)
no - luckily, I never had to deal with those. I'm on it because I failed two pap tests last week - not enough cells for analysis. So they're putting me on this for 1-2 months and then trying again. GRRRR.. Luckily, if this upcoming test works and is OK, I'll have one more at 65, and then I'm done for life. Although I suppose I'll have to go through this rigmarole again at age 65, too.
G'morning everybody!
Finally Fri-yay! What a week, it feels like 2020, never ending. Maybe we'll have some good news by the end of today?
My trainer called me yesterday and asked me out for a walk. I hadn't seen her since March although I hear from her almost daily. I should have come up with an excuse because this woman's "walk" is a hike on speed. I came home that I was sore all over. And the funny part was I was huffing and puffing, and she kept talking the whole time as if she was standing still. I love her to pieces but yesterday wanted to slap her. Even her dog is lean and fast.
QOTD: I'm with you JB, preppy. I follow some influencers just to see where the fashion is going but sometimes I'm like ugh, I would never wear that no matter how fashionable it is.
This week's pics are all over the place :
Our surfer dude statue a couple of nights before Halloween.
There is an annual witches paddle board competition that I was not aware of. This is the 5th year. With a couple of gfs we decided next year, if COVID is not around, we'll participate! It's a couple beaches north of me.
Couldn't let Fezzie be the only voting fur baby! Luna voted too!
And last but not least, me in my poll worker gear.
My meals yesterday:
- B: coffee protein
- L: chicken skewers and Fage yogurt
- S: 1 hb egg + quest protein chips
- D: TJ shrimp stir fry
- E: 30 minutes cardio + 50 minutes weight training AND the hike with my trainer.
Happy Fri-yay!
