Happy Thursday everyone. I've missed a few days, but I've been crazy busy. Happy to be able to check in. I'm really looking forward to the weekend. I'm TIRED!!!

QOTD: English, until my 12th grade AP English class. My teacher hated the way I wrote, and convinced me that I wouldn't even get into college, let alone pass the AP english test. Luckily my 10th grade teacher talked me off the ledge and convinced me that life would be fine. FYI, I passed the AP test AND got into college. So suck it, Mr. Smith.

My Plan:

B: fairlife latte

L: unknown at this point

D: Steak with ceasar salad

S: cottage cheese and blueberries before spin

E: Parking Lot spin (my favorite class of the week. Throwback thursday)

I wish you could find Mr. Smith and say Look at me now Jackass. That would be so rewarding and deserved.

It is probably a good thing that I cannot remember a favorite class in school. I loved and enjoyed every class I ever took. I always liked my teachers and loved being at school with my friends. I am still in the same town so communicate with my first grade classmates all the time. Not going to lunch together now because of COVID but still in touch with Facebook.

Hi again all.

I have a question...for those who have had sinus infections what is something I can do at home to help? I'm taking Sudafed. I have a hole in my right sinus in my cheek from a tooth that's roots got in it. I am pretty miserable as it's swollen. I can't get in to see my pcp until the 24th and I don't want to go to the walk in clinic due to covid. Any ideas on how to feel less miserable?

I make sure to take the Sudafed from the pharmacy - it has to be the one with pseudoephedrine

Also, Flonase is a godsend. Hope you feel better soon!
