hi all- nothing to report here. We are going on a mini trip next thurs to san deigo so please feel free to offer up any suggestions of things to do. we will have a rental car... gym last night was a long long session- 75 min lifting, 30 on treadmill. my body is a limp noodle but at least today is a rest day. I was sent a new program for the next 2 weeks since I switched to online client.

tomm after work we are heading back to GA, and gathering things for the trip. meeting the new possible dog sitter tonight. hopefully we like her!!

QOTD: English, german, history, psychology, (not math or GYM) We had a class called becoming physically educated, it was part health class part running around the track for 1.5 miles. if you couldn't do it within 30 min they failed you and you couldn't graduate high school. It was total BS and discriminatory.. I was fat and could not walk fast or run so was humiliating. I took the class in 'summer school' because I was told it was easier to pass. it was also GA in the summer so miserable.

food plan:

B; eggs/35 cal bread

coffee/water

b2: yogurt/ 1/2 apple

l: chicken/veggies

l2: chicken

d: have either chicken or ground turkey to make something with... and salad

s: probably yogurt.

That gym story is terrible. I think we had to run a mile to pass gym every year but I don't remember it being timed. What I hated was the requirement to climb the ropes--I could eek out a mile but getting up those ropes while everyone sat on the mats watching, was torture for me.

Have fun in CA!

I've never not flown out to LA without driving down to San Diego to go to the buffets in the casinos. Mad reasonably priced , delicious and they even give you free money to play! ( I don't usually gamble but once I actually won 40 bux! )

Of course things may be very different now with Covid.

There are amazing places to hike too ... the scenery near the ocean is gorgeous .. and I've always wanted to day-trip into Tijuana but again ..Covid and drug gangs may make that too dangerous now too. How our world has changed !

Driving the coast of California is unbelievably pretty - there are so many great places to see in such close proximity compared to the East Coast . Pasadena ( just west of LA ) has gorgeous old ( and free to attend I believe ) cactus botanical gardens , rose gardens and a great architecturally interesting historical library with amazing old bibles and illuminated manuscripts.

As you go north you enter Sonoma ( Wine Country ) which is dotted with great restaurants and quaint towns and gorgeous scenery almost like Tuscany.

And don't miss the national parks ! (((()))) Have a GREAT time - I'm so excited for you !!!

Anything I can lol! ( which someone's willing to pay me for cuz I hav BILLZ !)

My talent is as a fine artist ( here is an underpainting I'm slowly working on- the final layer will be from real life hence the opposite colors for depth - the peonies ae actually pale pink the leaves of course greens )

I also do monumental sculpture ( here is my first sculpture ever which was 61/2 feet tall - the next was over 9 feet ) . It took about a week to make.

I've made the most munny recently believe it or not SINGING ( believe me its not my talent- but performing is great fun .. and dancing in the background and singing background with a mostly Led Zeppelin cover band ...live music is INCREDIBLY popular in Long Island and my bandmates are amazing musicians. Once in a while they let me lead with something easy like Blondie ( I look like Debbie Harry lol) White Rabbit or the Sex Pistols lol

hank you guys ! I feel SO stoopid now lol ... I was trying to do it with the little photo icon to the RIGHT on the same bar !
