What's on your Wednesday Menu?

Yeah he is a friend of the family and although we aren't "day to day close", I would normally be seeing him at Thanksgiving and Christmas...but I guess not this year.
Oh wait, I just checked out his Instagram (@wesodinson) and I might be behind---he has some chainmaille stuff on there that you can check out at the beginning of his feed, but now he appears to be into making miniature...dragons? I have no idea what that stuff is all about, lol. But I linked to him for you b/c I know he is ALL ABOUT doing weekly live hobby streams and tutorials, that might be interesting to you if you are starting that up.

Good Morning! We were up late too. It's such a busy work week for me I didn't have time during the day to keep up and that'll be the same today. Em has been very interested during the whole election process so even she was up late watching.

Good morning, everybody!
I am heading to Florida in just a couple of days. Looking forward to some sunshine. It's actually reasonably warm here, but the days are so short and there is usually a cool breeze. Winter is coming.
We really don't have much food left in the house, so this is, once more, a pretty tentative menu.
QOTD: Still drinking the Crossfit Kool-Aid.
Breakfast: PB toast
Snack: protein bar
Lunch: Mahi burger
Dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all!

We are waiting for you! I did test out Boca Grande in advance of your visit...
I will be on the east coast from Friday until 11/15 or 11/16, then on the west coast from then until 11/23. Maybe we can meet up at some point that week?

G'morning everybody!
Not a big donut fan, but I can be anybody's chocolate buddy!
I've been inconsistent posting here for one reason or another. Doing OK. Although last night was a whiplash kinda night. I was with Grim, never went to bed, kep****ching the news thinking what has happened to humanity!
Today taking Luna to the vet to finally take her staples out and get rid of her donut necklace. She can't wait, but she's been such a good patient girl for the past 10 days.
QOTD: I used to be a cardio girl (elliptical and stair master) but once I started weight training and saw the muscle definition I was hooked. I like my combo of 3 days cardio and 3 days weight.
I worked at the polls yesterday so my menu was kinda out of my hands because they were bringing us meals and snacks and by the afternoon I was powerless.
My meals yesterday:
- B: coffee protein
- L: hb eggs + tuna
- S: various cookies, zebra popcorn (holy moly this thing was good) , mini Halloween candies
- D: Mexican food was brought in. I opened a burrito and ate the inside. It was chicken, black beans, cheese and brotes de mantequilla
- E: skipped, but walked a lot throughout the day.
Happy hump day! I still hold hope for humanity and decency.
