What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Happy Election Day! I bet a lot of you have already voted early or by mail, but we are voting in person today. I just wanted to have satisfaction of watching my vote be counted in the machine... Anyway, polls here open at 7am and we are hoping to be first in line. I'm not anticipating a line--we have more polling places in our small city than some entire states have, and I think most people already voted, but we'll see!
It's a good thing that my hunger is still curbed because I think today feels like a "stress eating" sort of day. Maybe a stress eating sort of week? Please just don't let it be a stress eating sort of 4 years...
In other news, I realized when I was responding to someone yesterday that I missed my 12 year surgiversary last week! What a wild ride it's been. For any pre-op lurkers reading this... this has been the best thing that ever happened to me. I really wonder where I would be right now if I hadn't gotten this under control. There was no good trajectory for my health, if I hadn't had surgery and I am so happy. Here is a new before & after to celebrate! This before pic was not my heaviest, either.
QOTD: What song is stuck in your head right now? I literally have NO idea where this came from but I have It's a Hard Knock Life from Annie, haha. Please replace this song with something else!
Yesterday's food was perfect again. I ate 10 "blue" points and ran 2 miles.

You look fantastic JB! Well done!
I'm up way to early...might try to go back to bed...we'll see.
there was 740 new cases in my city yesterday and 3 deaths since Friday. Our hospitalization rate is above 28%. This stuff is getting worse and scarier than ever. Yet people still don't wear masks. It's selfish and just makes them horrible people.
Qotd: just like you by falling in reverse....and shadow boxing by parkway drive.
b: egg white patty, daiya cheese and a slice of GF bread...oh and of course coffee
l: might have oatmeal...just not sure
d: gf chicken nuggets and roasted broccoli
s: popcorn, more coffee, gf crackers...maybe fruit ... who knows.

Wow, I just can't imagine living in a place where people aren't wearing masks. It must make you feel so unsafe. I'm so sorry.

It is kind of weird here in Florida where mask wearing is inconsistent other than in the older people areas. I also don't get why it isn't mandatory everywhere. We got used to it in Massachusetts though it sounds like the rules there are going to be even more stringent soon.

MA just made new tighter rules but they are sooooo stupid. Baker put out a list a mile long for things that now need to close before 9:30pm, but literally 75% of the things on the list were never open past 7pm anyway. Zoos? Youth Sports? Marijuana Dispensaries? Ok--thanks for all that... I feel much safer now

Yes, I kind of wondered about what effect the new rules would have...

There are a lot of people around here with the mask under their nose or under their chin. I make it a point to stay as far away from them if possible. I am back to grocery delivery. Ohio is off the charts and most days leading the nation in new cases and deaths.

It's pure unadulterated stupidity. I'm sick of it too. I get different opinions and stuff but the stuff people pull out of their asses is just willful ignorance. I like the folks who have pray for America next to a trump sign. I grew up in the Nazarene branch and it just kills me to no end how some of the super religious folks make it ok for their candidate to be bad. It just chaps my behind.
ok off my soap box. Sorry!

Gosh you look so cute ! You have GORGEOUS eyes - I'm sure everyone tells you that ... and a beautiful smile and figure !
Some girls have all the luck ! ( but you tot deserve it you're such a nice beautiful person inside And out )
b- Chai tea latte sf ff . 3 bites of Whole Foods chocolate mousse ( tot decadent at 39 grams fat per ( large ) serving but it WAS in the morning
L- DK depends if 'rents allow me over to cook n eat or not . Dont mind if they are still afraid Have super busy day planned returning rugs buying and putting up storage in second walk in closet and FINALLY ORGANIZING MY OFFICE . YAY
Last nite I tried out my second new kettle corn maker and made awesome cheesy popcorn. The topping was 33 cent boxed Mac n Cheese sauce mix 1/2 envelope mixed w butter buds n fat free half and half ( a very little bit ) and 4 slices melted fat free sharp cheddar American cheese slices . I drizzled this on a huge bucket of corn and it wasn't wet enough to reduce the volume or crunchiness significantly but it sure was tasty and filling . Might make the same with raisins tonight.
I know dried fruit is caloric but it does aid your digestion so I'm not entirely convinced dried figs , fresh figs and organic raisins shouldn't be a regular part of my diet . I do watch the dried mango, sugary pineapple and crystallized ginger and dried apricot intake though.
Dinner - probably my favorite popcorn snack ( a potful bigger than my head ), chamomile tea w skim milk, maybe some fresh spinach puree .
Good morning all! It's been so cold here! Well probably not cold to you all who are used to this type of weather and much colder. Lol. High yesterday was only 57 and this morning it's 36. Usually this time of year we are having lows in the 50's and highs in the 70's. I am loving it though! I did cave and turn my heat on last night. I couldn't take it anymore! Lol Thankfully I voted early so I don't have to go out today and stand in those lines!
Accountability was pretty good yesterday. No extra snacking although I switched my salmon for dinner out with some homemade veggie soup my mom brought me. It was so much better on a cold night like last night!
QOTD: Well I did not have any song stuck in my head until I read yours JB so now I have that stuck in my head too! So thanks! Lol
