What's on your Monday Menu?

We had a hard time with pumpkin too. Once I found it I stocked up on it. I accidentally bought the stupid pie filling on a few but did get some. It's crazy!

we just got back from Costco. They had six packs of it for $7.49, so we bought a pack. I probably should have gotten a couple, but I keep hoping Aldi's will restock - I forget how much theirs is, but less than $1 a can, I'm sure. If they don't restock within the next week or two, I may get more at Costco. The Costco price isn't horrible - and at least they have it!

I use canned pumpkin all the time in the fall and winter, so I hope I'm going to be able to find it when I need it!! Sheesh!!
