One of my cats totally has an owl face...we comment on it all the time.

Good morning, all
Also a quiet weekend - what is there to do? We are like hermits. We have been working on sanding/staining/painting our decks, but the weather was having none of that. It will be too cold to finish soon - but we are saving 5K doing it ourselves, and I keep reminding myself of that, LOL.
QOTD: A polar bear and a dog - so it would be a big, mushy love muffin!
B: Obsessed with roasted peppers lately - so scrambled egg with harissa, 1 slice scali and roasted yellow peppers
L: homemade vegetable soup (0 pts!) and maybe scali with turkey and roasted peppers (told you I'm obsessed)
D: salmon, veg
S: shred protein puffs, 12 animal crackers; banana
E: walk the dog - he's slow, sniffs alot and i'm not sure if this is even beneficial!
JB, I think some people are panicking about violence and disruption after the election and are panic buying. IMHO
I am down to 2.8 over my range with 2.2 lost over the weekend due to clean eating. Yeah! I'm sure the snails pace of losing the last few is going to kick in momentarily though.
Mike and I had a great day at the beach yesterday. This morning I am walking with my friends, then we may take Justice for a walk next to the river this afternoon. I know those of you in snow areas don't want to hear it but it has been really hot and muggy in Florida until today when the humidity is finally dropping and the high will be in the mid-70's.
QOTD: A giraffe with a zebra? Long neck and legs but striped.
TSS: 4 years, 7 months
B: Coffee!!! Scrambled eggs and cottage cheese
L: Everroast chicken and laughing cow cheese
D: Something on the grill with veggies - Mike is cooking
S: cheesecake/strawberry yogurt pie

Liz,
I agree with you on the panic buying. We are pretty stocked, but we always are since we live an hour away from any big stores. I am nervous about tomorrow and the outcome. I just hope people don't lose their minds even more and we can all just move on.

You are like a machine with this excess weight. I have barely eaten a thing since Thursday and I have lost an OUNCE. My body can be cruel.

I think it is the really short-term weight gained that is easier to lose: the stuff I picked up during October. The remaining pounds are going to get very stubborn.

Good Monday morning everyone.
let me just say this....I hate...HATE the time change! Ok...I feel a teeny bit better. lol
Not much good sleep and my body feels like it wa**** by a semi. That and I think I've got a sinus infection coming on board. Fun times in 2020!
I made another snowflake last night. I really like it but I think it could use some more detail. I added the link to my FB page if y'all want to check out some of my older stuff and I'll post when I do new things too.
qotd: cat and dog...that would be interesting to say the least!
b: oatmeal and coffee
s: gf bread with plant based butter
l: stir fry left over from last night
s: strawberries with coconut yogurt
d: no idea yet
might have some popcorn before bed.

That's beautiful! I wonder if they would sell at this time of year you turned them into ornaments?
