B12 Levels
I am taking cyanocobalamin 5000mg daily.
My serum b12 is 1200. HIGH
Despite this level could my cells not getting the b12?
Someone suggested methylcobalamin was required.
I have all the classic b12 deficiency symptoms.
1: Moodiness
2: Dizziness
3: Mobility Issues
4: Pins and Needles Sensations
5: Fatigue and Weakness
6: Skin Paleness
7: Blurred Vision
8: Mouth Ulcers

yes it could have been a lab mistake or you might not be taking a form you can't absorb because of the malabsorption.
i would try a sublingual form that goes u see the toy he for maximum absorption.
methylcobalamin is supposedly the more easily absorbed form (that's the one I take) -- but I think a lot of us take cyanocobalamin - it's more common and cheaper (I think..).
it seems like you should be absorbing it since your blood value is really strong (and a lot of people on here like theirs that high - or even higher - because it makes them feel better) - so I'm not sure what's going on. I guess you could try switching to the methylcobalamin and see if it makes a difference.

These are all symptoms of diabetes too - how are your blood sugar levels ?
Iron? Anemia causes low energy too..
