I may not get out on my bike after all today since it's going to be colder than they predicted - but the upcoming few days look promising! I'll do a "core strength" class this morning that my gym has via Zoom - and some kind of cardio class later today (probably Zumba or WERQ, since I like those...). Vet appt this afternoon for one of the cats. Otherwise...???

Good morning! Oh my the moon was gorgeous on the way to work. I had a good day yesterday, and looking forward to this day. We've got some fun plans this weekend with our "bubble" family and also have down time for recharging. So yay for a weekend!
QOTD: my voice. Very distinct. Pretty high pitched. Can be very squeaky and piercing. Even when I actively try to keep it down. People can and have been very mean about it to me, so I am somewhat self conscious about it at all times. I mean really, it's not like I can change it.

2 slices fresh baked Costco bread
had a late night snack ( binge watching the hbo documentary series about that branding cult nexium )
blueberry muffin made w 1/2 kodiak high protein flour and fresh blueberries
about one cup of ff cottage cheese w 2 slices fresh rosemary Parmesan bread from Costco
fresh bread is my downfall!
D- 1 1/2 cups shrimp ****tail ( Costco lime shrimp in extra lime juice w ****tail sauce)

Happy Friday, y'all. I can't believe I made it. It was a ROUGH week. I hate to say this, and I 100% expressed my condolences, but my boss is at a funeral today and said she would be unreachable. That basically means I'm now on a 4-day weekend. I had one thing to get out and it's done so I AM DONE (Unofficially of course . . . I have to pretend to work)
I think I may have to channel you guys and get dressed for work at my kitchen table. I'm usually in workout pants and a sweatshirt with my hair in a pony. It's going to be quite a shock to my system when I actually have to get up and put on work clothes every day.
QOTD: my inability to sleep more than 2 hours at a time. I have no problem falling asleep, but staying asleep is a different question.

D: unknown at this time. I'll get something on my way home from happy hour parking lot spin
