The only times I hear Grim swearing uncontrollably involve politics and plumbing. He can do it, but he hates it.

Prairie Dogs carry the plague. When I used to volunteer at the Musuem that is in our city park, almost every year we had to warn people, look but don't touch.

That's a downside. I put hamsters at #5 because I had a vague fear that someone would tell me that they aren't real.

Good morning from quarantine. ð??'No results yet and my symptoms are ridiculously low key. I hate not being in the office helping. The second I get that email I am out of here and into the office. Yesterday was long and non eventful and I did not do a moment's exercise. Blah. I was good with food and did have my husband order a pizza while I warmed up appropriate leftovers. So dinner tonight will be what I planned last night.

QOTD. No. Not even a little. I'm impressed someone here gets the batteries in right the first time!

Menu

B. Having a fake coffee with chocolate protein powder right now.

L. TBD

D: chicken thigh tacos, no tortillas for me, elite corn dip, salad.

Peace everyone!

Good Morning JB and Menuers,

I agree how is it only Wednesday? Things really need to start moving faster. I did not get back to read yesterday and I just want to wish Lisa well with her Covid test. I hope it comes back soon. Also Stacy sorry about the December trial. Maybe they will come to their senses.

I did hit the gym last night for an upper body workout. It felt good to be back. I did notice one fellow that I admired his workouts pre covid. He would really beast it and I actually would steal some tips and tricks on the machines from him because he was in such great shape. Well that went to hell in a hand basket. Wow I was shocked with his weight gain. Just goes to show this pandemic has really effected a lot of people in many different ways. Hope he is back on track and can get this weight off soon.

QOTD: Not at all. I am lucky DH can do most everything that needs to be done. He even can repair appliances with a little help from you tube and he saves ua a bunch of money because of it.

Accountability: I had some figs, peanut butter. Apples and I found a toxic yogurt at Aldi I think it is caramel apple donut and it is 200 calories per serving and 23g of sugar. Ugh just awful macros but I did use it sparingly as a dip for the apple.

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin Spice w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Premier Protein cookies and cream and berries

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin spice

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 3 Mile run (If it stops raining)

Everybody have a Great rest of the week.

Brightest Blessings

QOTD- Every thing but plumbing. I replaced the carpet with laminate in my 3 bedrooms, and the trim that I stained myself. My roommate when we were dating was jealous because I had more tools than he did.

It's been a tough week so far, not enough time or energy to get things done. I verified that my ballot was received on 10/19 so I know it will be counted. This election has me totally freaked out, I look at fivethirtyeight.com and realclearpolitics.com multiple times a day. I know I shouldn't but I feel like I need to. 6 more days, and hopefully we will know the results that day. The anxiety is real, and I don't know how to not be scared.

Take care everyone and have a great day!

Hang in there and be kind to yourself. I think there is a lot of anxiety going around and I'm trying to remember that with everyone too.
