Good morning everyone.
long night last night. At 2am I heard a rumble that woke me up...looked outside and it was snowing. All of a sudden a huge clap of thunder and lightning struck. It was cool but I'd rather sleep. The thunder and lightning continued for about an hour. It's 20° right now and I'm hurting very much. At least we'll be staying home today. I never did go back to sleep so I'm hoping for a nap.
My casserole thing I made was a disappointment. The mild enchilada sauce was waaaaaay to spicy so I couldn't eat it. Seems I'll be making my own enchilada sauce from now on.

It is awesome but kind of spooked me awake this morning. It thundered for over an hour. It was so cool!

Do you have a Trader Joe's nearby? They have a really nice mild enchilada sauce that I love!

I so wish we did! All we have is Walmart's and a place called United. It's owned my Albertsons now and the quality there went down the crapper. There is a natural grocers here I need to check at!

Morning folks, I started to type yesterday but never got it finished to send.
It was a really rough weekend with alot of pain and exhaustion even though I didn't do much. I did get a 20 minute walk in on Saturday, which made me happy. I have a followup with my doc in an hour where we're supposed to discuss the next steps. I'm really scared but trying to just do alot of deep breathing and gentle care of myself.
I thought that I'd done really well yesterday with food but the scale was up a bit. It's hard to be patient with the scale and remember this is for health.
Bad morning again and trying to get in some hours of telework in until I need rest. I'd love to take a walk but it depends how I feel this afternoon.
Food:
B1: Earl Grey tea w/ Miralax, 2 oz of Carbmaster milk, Unjury Mighty Bites protein bar
B2: tea #2 w/ 2 oz of Carbmaster milk
S: protein shake
L: TJ's salmon burger, grape tomatoes & baby carrots
S: ?
D: vanilla Carbmaster yogurt w/ berries & slivered almonds
