What's on your Monday Menu?
I live about 7 miles from lake effect. People would call late to work in the morning due to snow and I did not believe them until they got there will their car covered in snow. I used to think it was fun to drive up the line and watch the snowfall, then drive home again.

I can attest that light therapy can help. I used it a long time ago and need to get it again. On top of being bi-polar which is usually in the depression phase I get SAD too.

Good Morning! JB- I'm so glad you're taking some vacation time, you deserve it! Our weekend was good, nothing too exciting. Em and I watched Clouds yesterday, and as expected it was a tear jerker. I know work will be busy this week since we found out last week that some accounting things haven't been posting right since there was a transition in the system in August. I don't know all the details but will be trained and assist where I can.
Accountability: Extra snacking happened.
QOTD: I'd say something with a high in the upper '70s with maybe a little drizzle in the morning and blue skies with sun and clouds in the afternoon.

I had never heard of Clouds so I looked it up. I cried just reading the summary! You are strong....I could never subject myself to that much sadness in a movie!:(
Back to reality eating here in Vero Beach Florida. Being here 100% of the time for a couple of days has been interesting and a bit of an adjustment (more than traveling was). Time will tell...
