What's on your Tuesday Menu?
Haha! I sent that article last weekend to few friends. Love the restaurant owner. I want one of his T-shirts.

JB, what are you using to learn Spanish? I have wanted to do that for years and just never did it. I think that will be one of my next projects.
I am doing a cleaning and reorganizing project in the bedrooms and office. Yesterday I got to the bottom of the pile of papers I have been ignoring for about a year. I set up my new filing drawers, have a bag to be shredded, a bin to store in the basement, some donate boxes of binders, clipboards, and other things I bought and never used. Today I will take paper to the recycling center and drop off the donations.
I am realizing the the things I organize and store are not necessary anymore. I do so much online and don't need hard copies. I have always maintained file folders with manuals and information on tools, but that is so easy to just look up online now.
The neighborhood where many Italian and other ethnic families lived was called Briar Hill. The fathers worked at the Briar Hill steel mill. The mothers stayed home and raised lots of babies. Bread and pizza was always baked at home. People could not always afford mozzarella cheese, but everyone had romano cheese to grate for spaghetti. So the popular pizza here is called Briar Hill style.
It is homemade dough, tomato sauce, green peppers, and sprinkled with romano cheese. Then any toppings you want to add. I always get mushrooms, pepperoni, and extra green pepper. People who move away from here say they never find pizza as good. My sister will buy a lot of pizza here, freeze it, and then take it back to North Carolina.

Good Tuesday morning everyone.
yesterday was a rough one. I ended up eating some gluten containing stuff and it made me sick this morning. Like 3AM this morning. It was an emotionally stressful and painful day. Soooo much stuff going through my head. I am feeling rather useless and worthless. I've got an appointment with my psychologist this afternoon and I need it.
We need to go to Lowe's today and my appointment. Other than that I'm hoping to lay low. Really feeling a lot of pain.
wanted to share a photo of a piece I made years ago that has ignited a spark for a few of my friends. It's supposed to be steampunk and has nuts and bolts used in it. I have always loved it! The pendant is an original design I created.
qotd: give me alllll the veggies. I can do without meat as long as it has a ton of veggies!
