I kind of felt like you are the boss of all things Italian Beef and I was stealing from you. But I had to post it and couldn't perpetuate the pizza myth.

I am sorry I am not more consistent here. But here I am.
Yay! On the house! Closing are do different in different states. NY obviously it is not quick.
I am T minus 19 days until the Moving trucks come.
The train is moving slowly with my Town paperwork but it is moving. Today is a big day though as my emotionally disabled nephew is moving into supported housing. Another paperwork nightmare I had to push uphill but we got there.
Food and exercise is far from normal routine, but I did prep salads fir the week yesterday.
QOTD: NY trifecta: Bagels, Pizza, Cannoli
Food:
- premier protein and pumpkin oat breakfast cookie
- chicken on salad
- salmon and stir fry veggies
- S: yogurt, protein, apple, hot cereal
Ex: Yes. 30 min. TBD
I think I am back to basics here - If I cannot get a'normal' workout in - clock 30 minutes of any activity.

19 days! So excited for you! Are you driving down or flying?
I will be driving down.
I will have 3-7 days of sleeping on my bedroom floor with just a mattress I am not taking sans furniture depending on the day of the closing.
I will have a month of living out of a suitcase between old house closing / new house closing / and furniture arriving. So I do plan on visiting some friends on my way down the coast.

I did similar when waiting for my stuff when I moved here -- keep an extra sheet out so if you get there and find your bedroom window doesn't have any blinds, you have something to hang for the short term...I ended up moving my air mattress into the walk in closet while waiting for the furniture, lol.

The only cannoli worth eating around here is the Italian Festival once a year where the Italian grandmothers have a bake sale. I always get one. This year the festival was cancelled.
I was craving some cannoli and made just the filling with some low fat ricotta, sweetener, vanilla, a tiny amount of cinnamon and some sugarfree chocolate chips. It ended up being 4 points.
