Good Friday morning and thanks for getting us started as usual JB. You have such great ideas!

I'm getting my injection at 9:30 so I'm unable to drink and I am parched. I even drank a lot of water yesterday but man! Food was really good yesterday but my weight is up a smidge. Just gotta keep at it.

I did not sleep much last night. My legs and back ached all night. I'd drift off only to have them start aching and cramping. Food is an unknown right now.
