Good morning, everybody!

I am so sorry to hear that almost everybody is feeling poorly today.

Marilyn made a big chili this morning, so that will take care of dinner for the next few days.

Our leaves are really starting to turn fall colors and fall off. Fall ism favorite season, even though it is so fleeting.

QOTD: Is people watching different than woman watching? Asking for a friend. Probably Millennium park across from my office or on the running/walking paths by lake Michigan.

breakfast: Sausage and cottage cheese

Snack: Protein bar

Lunch: Mahi mahi sandwich

Dinner: Chili

have a great day, all!

He seemed to think the materials weren't new to him, so that was good. I told him that starting in a few weeks, he will be getting more mail than anybody in the house.

Also, I totally missed the pick up. Marilyn dropped him off at 7:20. Although it was a three hour test, they didn't start until 8:45. I went to school at 10:20 and waited 20 minutes. i went inside and the office told me the kids won't be done until 12:45. While I was waiting to go back and pick him up, they ended at 11:55 and he walked home.

JB, I checked out your house. It looks great and with interest rates so low should cash flow nicely. I bet it sells really fast.

Good Morning JB and Menuers,

If I had not said it lately thank you for starting us out again this morning JB. You always keep it interesting. And the meme today is right up my alley from the women who wears Reese's PJ's to bed and dreams of Chocolate. Your closet looks great. I did mine last weekend but I am not especially excited. Yes fall is in full bloom it is beautiful but I will be honest I am not the sweater weather person that a lot of you are. No boots and sweaters here. I will go into a depression yearning my flip flops and bathing suit for the next 8 months. I know I should move to the ocean maybe that will be a retirement plan but that is at least 10 years off so I will just deal with it until I can do something about it.

Here is my chicken recipe for you. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/222607/smothered-chicken-breasts/ I have done this in a crock pot so I am sure you can convert it to a Instant pot and I use the brown sugar swerve substitute.

QOTD: I would say the gym. I know PF is a no judgement zone but if they could here what was going through my head I'd probably be black balled.

Accountability: Salted Carmel humus and honey crisp apples peanut butter, dates and Marcona almonds.

TSS: 2 years 10 Months and 4 days 132.2 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin Spice w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oikos Triple Zero Salted Carmel and a Berry mix

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin spice

L: 1 French onion meatloaf and Tuscan bean salad

D: White chicken chili .

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 3 Mile run (Done).

Everybody have a Great day.

Brightest Blessings

Chrissy
