The numbers in Golden are increasing but off of a very low base. Being engineers, they are determined to show that they can do this better than anybody else. A lot of parents are wondering if they will bring the kids back after Thanksgiving or just take finals remotely.

Good Morning JB and Menuers.

I checked out the home you listed yesterday and I would not be surprised if you already have an offer. It is absolutely beautiful. Grim really pays attention to the details.

I did get to run after work yesterday since it was raining yesterday morning and I also got my run in this morning so I did 6 miles in 12 hours and I did not die. There is a sentence that in my old life would have never thought I would write. Life is so much better now. I have to admit my day was sluggish yesterday not getting that run in early.

I want to put a white chicken chili in the crockpot tomorrow so if anyone has a good recipe I am looking for one.

QOTD: My go to's are Garlic and Tastefully Simple has a seasoned salt I use on everything and I also like a product called Bone Suckin' Sauce Seasoning and Rub I mix in with burgers or sprinkle on things I am grilling.

Accountability: Salted Carmel humus and honey crisp apples

TSS: 2 years 10 Months and 3 days 132.2 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin Spice w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oikos Triple Zero Salted Carmel and a Berry mix

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin spice

L: 1 meatball, Jimmy Dean Eggwich and Snack select

D: Onion and cheese chicken bake and green beans(still picking from the garden) .

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 3 Mile run (Done).

Everybody have a Great day.

Brightest Blessings

Chrissy

6 miles in 12 hours and knowing you wouldn't have been able to say that before -- priceless.
my instructor at Pilates last night let me design the class and so we did all the hard stuff that i love (handstands, flying planks) and a couple of hard things that I suck at (side planks) and I told her that the amazing thing is I can do at 48 what I couldn't do at 40!

Good morning! Late start for me. We are down 3 people right now in our 11 person company and it's a challenge. But, I'm up for a good challenge so bring it on! Not a lot of sleep last night. Kept waking worrying about work problems. I can't do anything about them at 1 am, 2:10 am, 3:30 am, etc... but that didn't stop me for mulling over them. Today I have PT, which I am going to . If work collapses over me being gone for 90 minutes, then it collapses. I need this. I did get in a yoga session at 4:15 am, so I am ahead of my game. It's hot here people. Yesterday at 8 pm it was 82 degrees and 27% humidity. My sinuses are going crazy and my skin is turning to lizard hide. Enough already.

Photo idea. Love it. Hope I can find the one I want to share! Must go digging.

QOTD: garlic, onion, paprika, and this Malibu seasoning I found at Von's/Safeway. It's so good on baked chicken thighs.

Menu: Starting my day out really hungry. I forgot my vitamins for today, so without the chews, I think I'll be craving more stuff.

B: PP, coffee, chicken bites in cottage cheese with EBB seasoning (another great one)

L: 3 left over pot stickers

D: a bit of prime rib and salad

Peace, Everyone!

27% humidity? Wow - I'm pretty sure it's never been anywhere near that low in Wisconsin. You are lucky!!
