Ooh, I would like to eat at your house, please! I love those flavors but I have no idea how to cook with any of them so they are what I get when I go out, but I keep it boring at home.
That book will be wonderful. I will be ordering it too. I watched Dolly from the very beginning when she was introduced on the weekly show with Porter Wagner. I feel in love with country music when I was in my teens and heard Johnny Cash sing Ring of Fire.
I used to listen to the Grand Ole Opry on my transistor radio when I was supposed to be sleeping. Nobody that I knew liked country music then. I did have a friend who put aspirin in her Coke. When a local TV station started carrying Porter Wagner on Saturday afternoons, I always watched and loved Dolly from the very beginning.
QOTD: I am on a cleaning, organizing, and redecorating project for the next few months. So I am not cooking much at all. I really love fresh spices, like thyme and basil. I might set up a place to grow them with lights. I have a large amount of spices that I would buy for one recipe and then never use again. So getting rid of a lot of old spices will be one of my organizing projects. What I have found is spices in a tube that looks like toothpaste. They can be sealed up and kept in the refrigerator and taste almost as good as fresh.

Those tubes have tomato paste too and that's a much more efficient/scaleable way to use tomato paste, I was so excited to find them.
