I have found a lot of free with prime videos on amazon; they have all levels. Oddly, some of my favorite are the computer generated ones, I would do them in my hotel room back when work travel was a thing!

Good morning all! Yesterday my stomach was like a bottomless pit. I just could not get enough for whatever reason. Speaking of Halloween candy....I had forgotten I had some tootsie roll pops so I got into those yesterday....sigh. I just can't seem to get it together no matter how hard I try.
QOTD: I honestly don't have any go to spices. I mainly use whatever is available. A little of this and a little of that mostly. Lol
B: coffee w/Splenda & sf creamer x 2
B2: protein shake
L: 2 oz low sodium turkey breast & a hard boiled egg
D: 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast and veggies
S: Apple

Don't beat yourself up. We saw your photo 2 weeks ago and you look great. Please if there are anymore Tootsie roll pops left toss them out. It is the only way I would stay away from them.

Aww thank you Melody. It helps to hear that every now and then. I appreciate your encouraging words. You are doing an awesome job yourself and I can't even imagine how hard it must be for you with all of the hurdles you've had to go through. So you are definitely an inspiration to me as well!

QOTD:I use onion powder, EBB seasoning, garlic, soy sauce, hoisin, hughes sweet and spicy, hughes thai chili, broth, and for sweet things SF puddings, walden syrup,
so the tofu in the dehydrator was a fail. I did it for 4 hours. it both melted and hardened? strange, I'm just going to put in my stir fry today and be done with it.
JB- mine also brought home kit kats AND reeses cups.
food plan today: I have shrimp, grilled chicken strips, eggs and yogurt in fridge, there is also lunch meat if I get desperate
b: coffee with premier/more coffee/water/
eggs/35 cal bread
b2: built bar? or shrimp/lo carb tortilla/veggies
l: either shrimp/veggies or chicken?
d: need to figure this out because we have a lot stuff in fridge to eat but I also have to run errands after work - thinking plant burgers for DH with fries? not sure what for me.
s: unsure on this but last night it was 1/2 serving of oats/egg whites and yogurt with some PB fit in there.
