My arm hurt for a full week after my flu shot! Hope yours feels better soon...
Good morning menu friends! No post from me yesterday as I wasn't feeling well but back up to par today. I had a dumping episode Sunday evening and didn't get much sleep. Apparently 2 thin slices of honey wheat bread, peanut butter and no sugar added jelly is too much sugar for me. Didn't even eat it all as it was shared with Miss Lily. First walk is done today and accountability was good yesterday. Weight 120.6. Here's the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c loaded potato soup D 4 oz baked chicken. Have a great day and stay safe everyone!
Just another reason that you should share with Miss Lily!! Good Momma!!

I have had a few episodes with no sugar added products. Sometimes they are sweetened with sugar alcohols which will really make me feel bad. See if any of the ingredients in the jelly end with itol, like sorbitol, xylitol, erythritol and mannitol. I avoid those completely.
Sorry you went through that and glad you are feeling better.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Karen - I dumped on peanut butter and jelly, when I was sick. That's something I eat fairly often, never with problems before. The whole time I was sick, I felt more prone to dumping in general.

Morning all,
A quick post as I wait for my Zoom therapy to start...BOY I need that!! Having my therapist, acupuncturist and a great medical team have made the last year more bearable.
I had a rough night with alot of pain and some of the same this morning. I don't have much on the schedule for today but I do want to get out for a walk and a short bit of stair work. I also got some new yoga DVD's for osteoarthritis and resistance bands. I'm planning to start my strength training gentle movements.
