What's on your Monday menu RNY? and some VSG'rs
We will probably stick close to home (whichever one we are at). Florida has actually been pretty loosey/goosey about everything for quite a while.

My experience with FL is if you stay out of the Miami hotspot and don't have anything to do with crowds ( say, protests, the public beach where no-one wears masks and little kids interact recklessly, free food giveaway lines in churches ( where I've seen a hundred or more people 2 feet apart and not wearing masks ) you'll be fine.
The older, wiser *(maybe more affluent) segment of the population I know is entirely virus-free thanks to sometimes TOO rigorous social distancing ( we have one couple, a board member here who haven't been out at all since March . No-one even attends the board meetings except by phone and half the members are here in the building ! )
My grrlfriendz ( an older group) r starting to have a few rare in person beach parties every few months just for a few people. The Hungarian and German clubs have opened back up for Sunday dinner get togethers and Saturday night dancing parties - everyone dances with their spouse anyway and the distance is maintained. My parents still won't go.
I buy everything in person and use the self checkout and don't let anyone touch anything. I use hand sanitizer , wash my hands as soon as I get home and often take a hot shower to decontaminate after I've been to a few places. worked so far Thank God.
Good morning all! Can't believe it's already Monday again. My accountability was ok yesterday. This week it's definitely back to the strict diet!

Good morning everyone and happy Monday. I had a lazy day yesterday and it was nice. I watched way to much Netflix. I think it was Liz who said that Schitts Creek was good. I really enjoyed it!
I weighed myself today. I have decided only weigh in on Mondays. The scale is coming down and it feels good. I am hoping the rain lets up and I can get out for a walk this morning.
QOTD- I have never done online grocery pickup. I always just go in person.
Accountability- Good
Food plan for today-
1 c. black coffee with miralax
2 eggs with 1/2 c. cottage cheese
Wasa cracker ( I really like these! they are 30 calories, 7 carbs, 2 fiber and 1 protein) 1 T. garlic cream cheese and 2 oz boars head cracked pepper turkey breast, pickled asparagus
Real Good broccoli and cheddar stuffed chicken breast, minus the bacon,
chomps or boiled egg if needed for a snack
Vitamins always and lots of hot tea.
Good morning y'all.
QOTD - I do my own shopping. I've used delivery, and curbside and I have always had items left out. Nothing I'm going to call anyone about, but to save the annoyance I just do my own.
Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee and water
Lunch - soyrizo, tofu egg patty, vegan cheese on toast with avocado butter, apple with peanut butter
Snack - coconut yogurt (dairy free) with chia seeds
Dinner - Garlic vegan naan bread with pizza sauce, and some vegan chao melted on it, side salad.
Have a good day everyone!
Christina
Let it begin with me.

Morning RnYers! Happy Monday!
I'm in bed posting on my tablet. I fell asleep around midnight but woke up at two and haven't been able to drop off again. I'll sleep in today.
My shoulder is hurting again - this 100% is the result of that pneumonia vaccine I received. It isn't excruciating, just a dull ache that comes and goes, but it concerns me that weeks later I'm still dealing with pain, even if intermitent. I'm going to report my reaction again to the agency that tracks bad reactions to that vaccine. I worry that the discomfort is here to stay. I believe it is this way due to poor injection technique on the part of the nurse. Anyway fingers crossed it mends itself in time.
My weight loss has been going exceptionally well, and I'm ahead of projections. I haven't weighed this little for several months. Amazing how much of a difference just a few pounds make in this weight range. I still have a little bit to go, but it is a revelation to me that just by cutting out my kryptonite indulgences (cheese, SF popsicles, SF coffee creamer), I can pretty much shoot back down the scale. I anticipated that there would be more white-knuckled struggles to control the hunger beast, and a much slower descent. Instead, I'm pleasantly surprised - it's happening quickly. I figured that being 3 years, 4 months out would automatically mean a slow go. But no! it was slow before just because I was trying to have my cake and eat it, too. I just needed to tighten things up, et voila! So worth the effort!
QOTD: I have had groceries delivered, I've picked up orders that I placed online, and I've gone in to shop (masked as always, of course). I like going in best but if cases spike again here I will probably order online for curbside pickup again. It is concerning that winter is coming, and infections are on the rise in so many areas.
First: coffee! I'm out of syrup, boo!
B: AmyLu's chicken burgers - probably 2
L: smoked rainbow trout (OMG is that amazingly good!)
D: Tuna
S: if necessary, SF jerky
Tons of tea! Bubly raspberry fizzy water too - yum
Have yourselves a lovely day, my friends!
